TG World Energy Corp. (TSX-V:TGE) (“TG World” or the “Company”) announces that shareholders approved all of the resolutions brought before them at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 17, 2010.

The following directors were duly re-elected at the meeting: Clifford M. James, Wayne G. Thomson, Gordon J. Hoy and David Moscovitz. In addition, Mike Ames was elected to the TG World Board of Directors.

Since 2003, Mike Ames has served as the Vice President of Exploration for Cirrus Energy Corp., a public company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Exploration for Koch Petroleum Canada between 2000 and 2003 and was a Director of Koch Pipelines Canada Ltd. for 2001 and 2002. Mr. Ames has 28 years of experience in the domestic and international oil business.

Two prior members of the TG World Board of Directors, Edward W. Best and A. Lloyd Flood, did not stand for re-election this year. Dr. Best and Mr. Flood have provided years of service to TG World as directors and their wealth of experience and wisdom will be missed by all. TG World appreciates their past services and valuable contributions and wishes them the very best for the future.

At the Meeting shareholders also approved ordinary resolutions respecting the Company’s Share Option Plan and reappointing PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of TG World.
