Wayne G. Thomson
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Thomson is currently the President of Virgin Resources Ltd., a private international exploration and production company focused in Yemen, and a director of Encana Corporation. Mr. Thomson was President of Hadrian Energy Corp. from 1999 to 2001 and President of Gardiner Oil and Gas Limited, a public company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, in 1995 and 1996. Prior to these appointments, Mr. Thomson spent three years as a President of Petrocorp Exploration, the New Zealand oil and gas division of Fletcher Challenge, and he spent six years at the Alberta Energy Company, the last three years as Vice-President of Production. Mr. Thomson holds a BSc. in engineering.

Gordon J. Hoy
Director
Mr. Hoy is a registered professional engineer with over 25 years of experience in the finance and oil and gas industries.  His areas of expertise relate to executive leadership, finance, corporate planning, economic evaluations and reservoir engineering. He is currently a director of Vader Capital Inc. and a director of Enerchem International Inc.  Mr. Hoy formerly served as the Chief Operating Officer of Quadrise Canada Corp. and held senior executive positions with Inland Gas and Oil, Landin Resources and TriQuest Energy.

Clifford M. James
President and CEO, Director
Mr. James is a geologist and business executive with over 35 years of technical and financial experience in the natural resource sector and holds a BSc. and MSc. in geology. His work has taken him throughout North America, Africa and Asia where he has held senior positions in both oil and gas and mining companies. He is the Chairman and CEO of the TVI Pacific group of companies, a successful international metal producer in the Philippines. Mr. James has been either a Director or President and founder of several energy companies including Trego Energy Inc. and Prime Energy Ltd., both of which significantly increased in value during his involvement. He was also President and founder of AGAT Consultants Ltd., now AGAT Laboratories, and the President of GeoChem Laboratories (Canada) Ltd.

David Moscovitz
Director
Mr. Moscovitz is a lawyer and consultant at Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP with over 30 years of extensive experience in acquisitions, divestments, dispositions, financings, joint ventures and other general business law. He currently also serves as a director for Richards Oil & Gas Ltd. and Grosvenor Park Natural Gas Fund Ltd.

Michael G. Ames
Director
Mr. Ames has over 28 years of experience in the domestic and international oil business. He most recently served as the Vice President of Exploration for Cirrus Energy Corp., a public company trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, from 2003 to 2010. Prior to this, he acted as the Vice President of Exploration for Koch Petroleum Canada between 2000 and 2003 and was a Director of Koch Pipelines Canada Ltd. in 2001 and 2002.

Dean Callaway
Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance
Mr. Callaway was appointed CFO and VP Finance in June 2009 and brings over 20 years of finance, accounting, development and banking experience in the energy sector to TG World Energy.  Prior to TG, he served as the chief financial officer of a junior oil and gas company with operations in South-East Asia and, previous to this, held finance positions with an oil and gas company involved in the North Sea and Africa. Mr. Callaway has also worked in finance and development roles in the power and pipeline sector with Terasen Inc., Enbridge Inc. and TransAlta.  During this time Mr. Callaway was involved with international and domestic capital markets activity, mergers and acquisitions, corporate planning and treasury activities. In addition, his broad experience includes time spent in the investment banking industry with Merrill Lynch. Mr Callaway is a Certified General Accountant, a commerce graduate from Dalhousie University and holds an international MBA from the Netherlands.

David W. Paterson
Director of Exploration and New Ventures
Mr. Paterson is a geologist / geophysicist with 33 years of experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. He held Senior Exploration & New Business Management positions with Lasmo PLC in London, Indonesia, North Africa, Calgary and Nova Scotia. For the past 7 years he has been providing international subsurface consulting services for projects in Alaska, North Africa, Asia-Pacific, South America, the North Sea and the Caspian Sea.

Dave Fleming
Operations
Mr. Fleming has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA and over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry. He previously served in the senior management of Bow Valley Energy for 10 years, contributing to operations in Alaska, the North Sea and the Persian Gulf. Prior to this, Mr. Fleming held engineering, operations, natural gas marketing and senior management positions with Shell in Canada, Australia and Oman.
